It is the licensee’s responsibility to notify Business Licensing immediately when you close your business. All license fees must be current prior to closing a business. To close your business, complete this form or provide the information below in writing to City of Las Vegas, 333 N Rancho Drive, 6th Floor, Las Vegas, NV 89106.

If Business Licensing is notified after the due date on your renewal the licensee is responsible for the unpaid fees in the renewal notice. Any unpaid fees will be subject to collections. A final closure letter will be sent to the Owner of Record on the license. If you do not receive a closure letter within 30 days, please contact Business Licensing at E-mail.
