Any business located within the Las Vegas city limits is required to have a valid City of Las Vegas business license. Businesses located outside the Las Vegas city limits that send their staff into the city to perform work or to make deliveries in company vehicles and all companies that contract with the City of Las Vegas to provide goods or services are also required to have a City of Las Vegas business licenses.

A large portion of the Las Vegas Valley has a Las Vegas mailing address but is not inside the city limits. You may also need a license if your physical location is outside of the city limits but you wish to conduct business within the city (delivery, property management, installation etc.).
