Notice of Bid Opening Time
To have an offer considered, bidders must have their bids time-stamped at 1:30 p.m. or before on the day of bid opening.  Bids time-stamped at 1:31 p.m. or after will not be considered and will be returned to the bidder unopened.

About DemandStar
To improve our service we are transitioning all new projects to be available only on DemandStar, one of the leading government purchasing networks on the Internet.  You may register for DemandStar online or by calling (800) 711-1712.  There is no charge to sign up for the Single Agency subscription to receive free document downloads.  Paper copies can be purchased from DemandStar.  During this transition period, both electronic and paper copies of plans and bid documents will be available from DemandStar, as well as paper copies at the Purchasing and Contracts Office.  Once the implementation is complete in the fall of 2009, bid documents and plans will only be available through DemandStar.

Participation in the DemandStar system is not a requirement for doing business with the city of Las Vegas.
