The Commercial Visual Improvement Program assists in upgrading commercial or industrial properties by offering a rebate for any qualified costs, up to a maximum of $50,000. Final authorization requires approval by the Las Vegas City Council.

Eligibility

• All commercial or industrial properties within the city of Las Vegas Redevelopment Area.

Types of Improvements

• Facades of buildings including windows, entryways, awnings, painting and stucco
• Permanent landscaping
• Parking facilities
• Other exterior upgrades
