The Petit Larceny Program offers educational group counseling sessions.  The program:

• holds offenders accountable for their actions
• creates awareness of the consequences of theft
• provides community resources for special needs
• educates offenders about the laws relating to theft

4 Petit Larceny Classes (2 Hours per Class)
Or
1 Petit Larceny Accelerated Class (8 Hours Total: $225 must be paid 2 days prior to attendance of this class)

The online classes are available in both English and Spanish. The fee for the online Petit Larceny class is $305.00.  You must complete the class before the date ordered by the court.
