- Reviews and evaluates public reports, evaluates the general effectiveness of the audit program, discusses potential audit assignments, and oversees and reinforces compliance to the city's internal audit policy.
- Consists of 5 members appointed by the mayor. Two are City Council members and three are members of the community.
- Meets not less than once per quarter.

How To Get Appointed: Send a letter and resume along with a completed interest form to the City Clerk. Based on the submittal, citizens will be considered by the City Council when a vacancy occurs on the board in which they have an interest or particular expertise. City residency may be required.
