• Performs various functions related to the implementation of a capital improvement plan and imposition of an impact fee in furtherance of the said plan; specifically, the city’s capital improvements plan for traffic signalization.
• Board consists of nine members with two or more members representing residential and commercial building industries.
• Meets on an as needed basis.

How To Get Appointed: Send a letter and resume along with a completed interest form to the City Clerk. Based on the submittal, citizens will be considered by the City Council when a vacancy occurs on the board in which they have an interest or particular expertise. City residency may be required.
