Ward 3 includes the historic areas of East Las Vegas. Earlier this summer, the newest amenity in Ward 1, the Carlos L. Martinez and Darrio J. Hall Family Pool at Freedom Park, opened at the corner of East Washington and Pecos Road. This $4.7 million pool includes two diving boards, a waterslide, men’s and women’s restrooms and showers, and more.
