Aldene Kline Barlow Senior Apartments Open Councilman Barlow and developers Community Development Program of Nevada recently celebrated the opening of the Aldene Kline Barlow Senior Apartments building, located at 1327 H St. The new three-story apartment building, named by the developer to honor Councilman Barlow’s late mother, is age-restricted and rented to seniors with household incomes less than 80 percent of area median income.Watch the KCLV segment.

On the first Thursday of each month, the councilman meets with residents at the Starbucks, located at 751 N. Rancho Drive. Berkley Square Historic Banners And Plaques Are Unveiled Councilman Barlow and neighborhood residents joined together to celebrate the unveiling of banners and plaques in the Berkley Square Historic District. The district was designated on the National Register of Historic Places in October 2009 and two bronze plaques commemorating the designation were installed at the intersections of F Street and Leonard Avenue.
