If you have received a parking ticket in the city of Las Vegas you have four options:
1. Pay online (opens a new browser window)
To proceed, please have the following items ready:
- License plate number and state
- Citation number
- Visa, Mastercard or Discover credit or debit card
2. Pay by check or money order
- Mail a check or money order payable to the City of Las Vegas to 400 Stewart Ave., 6th Floor, Las Vegas, NV 89101 NOTE - Beginning Feb. 27, the new City Hall address will be 495 S. Main St. Las Vegas, NV 89101
- Write the citation number on the check or money order
- Do not send cash
3. Pay in person
- Go to 400 Stewart Ave, 6th Floor, Las Vegas, NV 89101, (NOTE - Beginning Feb. 27, the new City Hall address will be 495 S. Main St. Las Vegas, NV 89101) (702) 229-4700

- Hours: Monday to Thursday, Lobby open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. - Phone hours: Monday to Thursday, 8 – 11:45 a.m. and 1:15 – 5 p.m., closed Friday and weekends.
- Accepted forms of payment: cash, money order, checks (that meet certain requirements), Visa, Mastercard or Discover credit or debit card

- Please DO NOT fill out this form if you are requesting an in-person hearing.
5. Dispute the ticket and request a binding hearing
- Download the Hearing Request Form
- Bring the form, your testimony and evidence you wish to provide to 416 N. 7th Street, Las Vegas, NV 89101
- A hearing will be scheduled before the hearing officer (usually 8-12 weeks)
