The charge(s) may be dismissed or reduced if proper proof of compliance is provided. You may:
A) Mail a copy of the appropriate documents to: Las Vegas Municipal Court Attention: Mail Processing Unit P.O. BOX 3950 Las Vegas, NV 89127. Please make checks or money orders payable to the City of Las Vegas. Be sure to include the full name of the defendant, citation, case or history number, return address and telephone number along with the proof of compliance and the plea waiver form . Failure to provide this information may result in a delay in processing and a warrant being issued. If you do not provide proof of compliance the full fine amount will be imposed and you will be responsible for paying the remaining balance. PLEASE DO NOT MAIL ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS.
B) Appear in person at the Regional Justice Center at 200 Lewis Avenue. Municipal Court Traffic Court Services is located on the first floor. The Defendant must be present. Only original documents will be accepted.
Based on your driving history and conviction record with the Las Vegas Municipal Court within the last 3 years, the fine amount and/or options shown may not apply. You will be notified by mail of any outstanding balances or remaining requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure the Court has your current address. Failure to comply may result in a warrant being issued, additional fees and the possible suspension of your driving privileges.
