General information about the incident:  Heavy smoke and flames showing from vacant duplex that appeared to be in some type of renovation.  Inside of structure did not have many contents, although it appeared homeless people might have been staying in it.  Some windows were boarded up, but many were open for anyone to enter the building.  Quickly extinguished, damage confined to interior which was gutted.  Records indicate the building was built in 1954.
