Fourth St. Space is limited so seniors are urged to R.S.V.P. to 229-1853.
The Senior Legal Institute is being held in conjunction with National Pro Bono Week, an annual event that is dedicated to finding more pro bono volunteers to meet the ever-growing legal needs of the country’s most vulnerable citizens. The event will begin with a light breakfast and be followed by guest speakers including Las Vegas Mayor Oscar B. Goodman, Chief Justice James W. Hardesty and Justice Michael L. Douglas from the Nevada Supreme Court, and elder law attorney James O’Reilly, Esq.
The event will continue with several different activities. Local attorneys will be available to provide private legal consultations. This will be limited to the first 40 individuals who sign up. There will also be an Estate Planning and Advanced Directive Clinic, also limited to the first 40 individuals who sign up.
