New Traffic Signal At The Elkhorn Road And Grand Montecito Parkway Intersection Begins Operating Thursday, Dec. 31
Signal Goes In Service In Time To Accommodate New Year’s Eve Traffic At RTC’s New Park And Ride Center On Grand Montecito Parkway

 

City of Las Vegas traffic crews plan to put the new traffic signal at the Elkhorn Road and Grand Montecito Parkway intersection into full green-amber-red operation on Thursday, Dec. 31. The new signal currently is in “flashing red” operation.

The signal has been installed by the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada as part of their Centennial Hills Transit Center And Park And Ride project in the area of U.S. Highway 95 and Durango Drive. The new signal will be put into service in time to accommodate traffic during the New Year’s Eve holiday.
