Las Vegas Residents Invited To Chillin’ With Santa Hawaiian Luau And Back To School Drive
Collecting Smiles And School Supplies Wednesday, Aug. 18

 

The city of Las Vegas, in partnership with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Downtown Area Command, invites residents to their Chillin’ With Santa Hawaiian Luau luncheon on Wednesday, Aug. 18, at 11:30 a.m. The upcoming event is taking place at the East Las Vegas Community/Senior Center at 250 N. Eastern Ave.

A special appearance by Santa Claus is planned and Hawaiian dances will be performed by the Ladies of Nahula Hulia Aholla.

Hawaiian Luau luncheon tickets are $5.00 per person and available for advance purchase at the community center. To provide support for local elementary schools, organizers will also be accepting donations of new school supplies. Much needed items include backpacks, notebook paper, folders, crayons, glue, lunch packs, pencils, markers, rulers and scissors.
