The city of Las Vegas will put a traffic signal at the intersection of Clark Avenue and Third Street into full operation on the morning of Monday, Sept. 12.
The signal has been operating under red flash mode for the past few months while the contractor for the Bonneville/Clark Improvement Project has been actively completing various phases of construction near the intersection. As construction on the project is now nearly complete, the activation of the signal to full red, yellow and green operation will help improve overall traffic operations in the intersection.
The signal was funded by the Regional Transportation Commission.
