Beginning on Thursday, the City Clerk’s Office will be open extended hours for in-person voter registration for the Special Recall Election. City of Las Vegas residents living in Ward 6 who have not yet registered to vote but who wish to cast a ballot in the city’s Special Recall Election can register in person in the City Clerk’s Office during extended hours from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 12; and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 13, and Saturday, Jan. 14.  The City Clerk’s Office is located on the first floor of Las Vegas City Hall, 400 Stewart Ave. The last day to register to vote is 9 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 14.

        The city's Special Recall Election will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 31, with early voting taking place Jan. 26-27.
