Las Vegas Councilman Ricki Y. Barlow will play host to the Ward 5 Nonprofit Workshop from 4:30-6:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 7, at Las Vegas City Hall Council Chambers located at 495 S. Main St. Councilman Barlow has partnered with Amber Wynn, a 20-year nonprofit expert, to provide a free workshop to deliver valuable information on starting nonprofits and jump starting stagnant organizations.

 “This is the perfect time for people interested in starting a nonprofit to learn more about the process and what steps need to be taken to be successful,” Councilman Barlow said. “We hope to help hundreds of people with their nonprofit concerns, and I encourage all to attend.”
