Bring your family to join Las Vegas Councilman Steven D. Ross at Floyd Lamb Park at Tule Springs to celebrate the holiday season during the Ward 6 Cowboy Christmas and Car Show from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 1. The park is located at 9200 Tule Springs Road. Families will enjoy a car show, hay rides, a petting zoo, arts and crafts, games, balloon artists, jump houses, community and food vendors, Farmers’ Market, and a visit from Santa. Car show participants will decorate their automobiles for the holiday season. Northwest Career and Technical, Bozarth, Centennial, Scherkenbach, Escobedo, and Cadwallader school choirs will perform.

This year's event also will include a canned food drive and Toys for Tots toy drive. The U.S. Marines will be collecting toys for their Toys for Tots drive and Jude 22 will collect non-perishable foods for their food pantry, which services seniors in need.
