Residential Rehabilitation
The Residential Rehabilitation Program provides loans and grants to help eligible applicants repair their homes. Applicants must:
- Own and occupy the residence for one year minimum
- Be current with property taxes and insurance on the residence
- Have a good credit rating to qualify for a loan (Direct Loan
- Meet certain income requirements
