Sewer Services Hardship

The Sewer Services Hardship Program helps eligible city residents who are having trouble paying their sewer bills.

Eligibility

• Owners/occupants of single-family dwellings who live in the city of Las Vegas
• Individual annual household income less than $19,800 or less than $22,600 for households of two or more people

To apply

• Download a waiver application
• Pick up an application at City Hall
• Call (702) 229-6281 to receive a form by mail

Requirements

• Submit a completed application
• Prove income eligibility (include copies of the current income tax return and two monthly checking account statements)

Waivers are granted for a one-year period and must be renewed by annually proving income eligibility.
