Homebuyer Assistance
The Homebuyer Assistance Program helps eligible applicants borrow up to $10,000 for help with down payment and closing costs. Applicants must:
- Be either a city of Las Vegas resident for at least a year or a Clark County resident wishing to move into the City
- Be able to secure a first mortgage loan
- Make a minimum investment of $500 (in some cases up to 3% of loan)
- Occupy the property as their principal residence
- Complete an approved Homebuyer Training Course
