Commercial Visual Improvement
The Commercial Visual Improvement Program assists in upgrading commercial or industrial properties by offering a rebate for any qualified costs, up to a maximum of $50,000. Final authorization requires approval by the Las Vegas City Council.
Eligibility
- All commercial or industrial properties within the city of Las Vegas Redevelopment Area.
Types of Improvements
- Facades of buildings including windows, entryways, awnings, painting and stucco
- Permanent landscaping
- Parking facilities
- Other exterior upgrades
