Entertainment District Visual Improvement

The Entertainment District Visual Improvement Program (EVIP) assists in upgrading commercial or industrial properties by offering a rebate for any qualified costs to a maximum of $75,000, or $95,000 for properties located on a corner and fronting two streets. Final authorization requires approval by the Las Vegas City Council.

Types of Improvements

  • Facades of buildings including windows, entryways, awnings, painting and stucco
  • Neon signage
  • Other exterior upgrades
