Phase II: Huntridge Neighborhood Historic Resource Survey and Inventory
The city of Las Vegas is conducting a historic resource survey of the Huntridge Neighborhood Tract 3, which is generally bounded by Cottonwood Place and Francis Avenue on the north, Huntridge Circle Park on the west, Norman Avenue on the south, and South Fifteenth Street on the east. The survey builds upon a prior survey of Tracts 1 and 2 completed in 2004. When complete in June, 2014 the survey will contain recommendations for potential historic districts based on the architectural integrity of the homes and businesses. For more information, please click here.
The city has also applied for additional funding to complete the survey of the entire Huntridge development. Please see the map for tract locations and timeline for proposed surveys.
A neighborhood meeting will be held in May 2014 to discuss the draft findings of the report. Please check this webpage the first week of May for time, date and location.
