Historic Preservation Commission newsletter, Fall 2013 Historic Connection
The city of Las Vegas has recently completed the final phase of historic resource surveys for the Beverly Green Neighborhood. The survey was funded by the National Park Service Historic Preservation Fund grant. The Phase III boundaries are roughly St. Louis Avenue, Santa Clara Drive, Sahara Avenue and Van Patten Place on the north, west, east and south respectively. The report builds upon two prior surveys of the Beverly Green Neighborhood and contains recommendations for potential historic districts based on the architectural integrity of the homes and businesses.
