Pay Sewer Bill

The City of Las Vegas has transitioned to a new Sewer Billing software.  New fees will be billed on a quarterly basis.  When querying an account you will be able to obtain the balance by entering the parcel number or account number (see red arrow) along with the service address.  The new fees will list the billing period (see green arrow) for the current charge any past due amount will be from a prior quarter.

In order to release all sewer liens on the property the fees associated with the lien must be paid in full.  Delinquent fees may be subject to tax roll and assessed by Clark County along with the property tax assessment bill.  If fees have been sent to tax roll it will be stated in the Tax roll field (see blue arrow).  Tax roll fees must be paid directly to the Clark County Treasurer’s office.

The account balance is real time and does not reflect any impending penalties or liens. A sewer account is considered delinquent and assessed a 15% penalty 15 days after the due date.
