Code Enforcement Division
The purpose of the Code Enforcement Division is to promote, develop and support safe, healthy neighborhoods through partnerships, education and compliance.
The Code Enforcement Division ensures compliance with the City’s codes and ordinances relating to:
| Dangerous Buildings Garage Sales High Vegetation Minimum Housing Standards Obstruction of Streets/Sidewalks Polluted or Unsecured Pools Residential Vehicle Parking & Storage Wrecked or Junk Vehicles |

Code Enforcement is also responsible for maintaining a registry of Vacant Foreclosed Properties. If you need information on registering a property, please click here.
If you need to report a complaint, you can call the complaint line at (702) 229-6615 or enter your complaint via the city website. Typically Code Enforcement completes the first inspection within two business days of it being entered into the system.
