Communications

The Office of Communications coordinates all external communications between the city and its residents, and plays a key role in the city's goal to provide more open and accessible government.

The Office of Communications:

• Oversees content of the official city Web site
• Produces and broadcasts a variety of programming on the city's government access television station KCLV
• Provides media relations for the mayor, city council and city departments
• Drafts news releases
• Oversees production of Net News electronic newsletter and other city-wide publications
