The Office of Administrative Services provides customer service and support to the City Council, city manager and all city departments.

Services & Information

Internal City And City Council Support

Oversees federal, state and local legislative advocacy .
Provides administrative, analytical and support services to the City Council, city manager, deputy city managers and city leadership.
Monitors Yucca Mountain.
Facilitates the Development Services Process.

Emergency Management

Oversees the Office of Emergency Management.
Provides training for and coordinates the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) program for the Las Vegas Valley.

Contracts And Grants Management

Provides development, oversight and evaluation services so that city leaders can benefit from enhanced revenue and improved management of grants.
Coordinates administration of the city’s American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funding.

Sustainability

Oversees the Office of Sustainability.
Provides information to city leaders, businesses and residents on how they can reduce energy, waste and greenhouse gas emissions.
