General information about the incident: There were multiple calls about the fire. The fire started in the lower level of a split-level house and advanced to the upstairs. Neighbors told investigators that the house has been vacant for approximately six weeks. The house had no utilities connected to it and was not secured. It appears that vandals might have been visiting the house. The cause of the incident is under investigation.
