General information about the incident:  Store manager for Lowe’s called to report that two blue 55 gallon drums in the alley behind the store were lying on their sides leaking a blue liquid. LVFR Hazardous Materials Response team responded to the incident and found that the liquid was not hazardous. It was not known who the drums belonged to and Lowe’s stated it was not from their store. There were no injuries. No evacuations were needed as it was in a remote parking of the shopping center behind the stores.
