General information about the incident: Occupant of upstairs apartment was working on wall electric outlet. He said it flashed and caught fire, the outlet electricity was on. Fire traveled up wall and caught upstairs unit bedroom on fire. Gutted the room. Smoke damage throughout the rest of the unit. Downstairs unit also had water damage and electricity was shut off due to the fire. One minor burn on leg of person who was working on wall outlet. American Red Cross helping occupants.
