Westbound Summerlin Parkway Exit Ramp To Buffalo Drive Is Closed

The Summerlin Parkway rehabilitation project that started in May is substantially completed with the exception of continuing work at one location.

The westbound Summerlin Parkway exit ramp to Buffalo Drive will remain closed through the end of this week, due to additional road rehabilitation work that is needed. While the ramp closure to Buffalo is in effect, the Durango Drive exit is suggested as an alternate exit route.

The Summerlin Parkway road rehabilitation project, by the Department of Field Operations, started May 16. Crews repaved Summerlin Parkway from U.S. 95 near Rainbow Boulevard, to the 215 Beltway. In addition to removing and replacing the pavement on Summerlin Parkway, a much-needed third westbound travel lane was added from U.S. 95 to Buffalo Drive. All of this work has been completed. Summerlin Parkway is fully repaved and restriped and all ramps are open and accessible, except the westbound exit ramp to Buffalo Drive.
