Motorists Advised To Avoid Rainbow Boulevard, Between Alexander Road And Craig Road
Sinkhole Causes Closure

Motorists are advised to avoid Rainbow Boulevard, between Alexander and Craig roads, due to a sinkhole that has developed in the outside southbound lane. It is unclear at this time what has caused the sinkhole. There is currently a lane closure, which is expected for one to two weeks.

Alternative routes of Torrey Pines and Tenaya Way are suggested.
