To report a change of business location, please follow these steps:

• Step 1:  Confirm the new business location is within the Las Vegas city limits (opens a new browser window)
• Step 2: If this is a home-based business follow the instructions for licensing a home-based business.
• Step 3: Complete a business license application.  There is a $50 non-refundable processing fee.

Ownership

To report a change of business ownership, please follow these steps:

• Step 1:  Obtain written proof of transfer of ownership signed by previous owner:
  • Bill of sale
  • List of officers - Changes of corporate officers need only provide an updated list of officers date-stamped by the Secretary of State.
    
• Step 2:  Complete a business license application and attach proof of transfer of ownership.  There is a $50 non-refundable processing fee.
