The business may transport only construction or demolition waste and may transport such waste only from the building site itself to a solid-waste transfer station or disposal site that is operated in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. For purposes of this category, construction materials includes without limitation wood, plaster, metals, asphaltic substances, brick, block, concrete and excavated dirt, rock, stone and gravel. 1.
