A valid business license is required to conduct business within the city of Las Vegas limits.

If you operate a business from a location within the city, you are required to hold a business license with the city of Las Vegas.  Please be sure that your location is within the Las Vegas city limits.  A large portion of the Las Vegas Valley does have a Las Vegas mailing address but is not inside the city limits.  You can confirm your licensing jurisdiction by clicking here.
