Cliff Shadows Parkway - 215 to Lone Mountain Project To Start In July

Work will start soon on a project to improve Cliff Shadows Parkway, between the 215 Beltway and Lone Mountain Road. Work is scheduled to start Monday,  July 12.  In general, the improvements will fill in the gaps in the existing roadway infrastructure along the two-mile Cliff Shadows Parkway corridor. Work includes the construction of roadway improvements including asphalt, sidewalk, curb and gutter, drop inlets, streetlights, a traffic signal, pedestrian crossings with flashers, and installing UTACS (Ultra-Thin Asphalt Concrete Surface) from Gilmore to Lone Mountain, with new striping and signage. Las Vegas Paving in the Contractor. Work will take place during the day, as the construction is adjacent to residential properties. Traffic lane restrictions can be expected.
