Pay Sewer Bill

City of Las Vegas sewer bills are generated annually.  The property owner has the option to make quarterly installment payments.  Sewer fees are billed annually in advance. The annual residential rate is listed at the bottom of the payment screen.  The billing cycle is determined by the first two digits of the account number.

For example account number 01-000001 (the highlighted numbers indicate the beginning of the billing period)

In the above example 01 reveals the billing period as January 1st through December 31st.  Keep in mind the fees are for the upcoming year.  The current fees for the present period are listed as such (see blue arrow).  Any amount that shows in Past due (see red arrow) are fees from prior billing periods.

In order to release all sewer liens on the property the account must be paid in full.  Delinquent fees may be subject to tax roll and assessed by Clark County along with the property tax assessment bill. Fees sent to tax roll will not be listed here.  Please refer to the tax assessment bill.  Tax roll fees must be paid directly to the Assessor’s office.

The account balance is real time and does not reflect upcoming penalties or liens. A sewer account is considered delinquent and assessed a penalty 15 days after the annual due date or if opting for quarterly installments 15 days after the quarterly payment is due.
