Everyone is invited to the Ward 5 Nonprofit Workshop Series that is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 10, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., in City Hall Council Chambers at 495 S. Main St. I am partnering with nonprofit expert Amber Wynn to provide this free workshop to everyone interested in working at or with nonprofit agencies. This workshop will include a panel discussion of important contacts and conclude with a light mixer. Participants will leave with helpful action items for funding their organizations.
