Mirabelli Community Center Set To Open Its Doors
The city's new and improved Mirabelli Community Center is set to open to the public next month. The original center, which was demolished last year, opened in 1964.
The new Mirabelli Community Center is much larger, at 31,500 square feet, costing approximately $6.7 million to construct. Included in the new building is a 3,400 square-foot gymnastics room, a dance studio, special events room, teaching kitchen, game room, pre-school-age classrooms, full-size gymnasium and a 1,500 square-foot weight room.
