The memorial, which will be located at Children’s Memorial Park, will consist of two trees, two park benches and a plaque. The memorial is the result of a partnership among Nevada Child Seekers , the Nevada Broadcasters Association , the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department , and the city of Las Vegas.

This memorial, which is the fourth in the state, should be complete in May.  Ultimately, there will be 17 memorials throughout the state, one in each county.
