Complete streets are pedestrian-friendly streets that allow for multiple modes of transportation, including cars, bicycles and transit. The city is upgrading streets in the community to make them more sustainable, including Clark and Bonneville avenues in Downtown Las Vegas. In addition, the city is a participating in Southern Nevada Strong, a U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development funded Sustainable Communities Planning Grant program.
