Serving up gourmet twice baked potatoes, tacos, crispy rolls, sweet desserts and secret-family-recipe drinks, Twice Baked has a food experience for everyone - from meat lovers and vegetarians to what vegansbaby.com calls the best vegan baked potato in Las Vegas.
Rochelle Hodge, Twice Baked owner and inspiration behind the signature menu selections and delightful customer service, scouted 60 potential locations before selecting 6020 W. Craig Rd. for her first brick-and-mortar restaurant, which opened in October 2021.
“The moment I walked in, I had that wow moment,” said Hodge.
Building on her success, Hodge plans to open two more Twice Baked locations including downtown Las Vegas. ‘While I haven’t yet chosen a location in downtown, the area has both an energy and warmth that is perfect for Twice Baked,” she said.
Recommended by Restaurant Guru, Hodge is naturally proud that Las Vegans have embraced Twice Baked and her signature dishes. However, she’s most proud of the fact that her three grown children have chosen to join her in the family business. “I have always encouraged them to follow their dreams. It touches my heart that each of them chose to accompany me on this journey.”
Hodge has come a long way since 2015 when she first began delighting hungry Las Vegans at her Twice Baked pop-ups throughout the valley.
Many of the customers who enjoyed Hodge’s creations from her pop-up locations now enjoy visiting with her at the restaurant. “When customers come into the restaurant they can feel the love of a happy home,” Hodge said. “I’m grateful for all my customers, staff and family. I feel that Twice Baked is destined for greatness.”
