Las Vegas is abuzz about the opening this spring of two new residential communities – the first residential projects to be built at Symphony Park in downtown Las Vegas.

Soon hundreds of residents will be the first to call Symphony Park home as they take up residency at the 290-unit Parc Haven, a multifamily residential property by Aspen Heights Partners, and at the 324-unit Auric, a mixed-use residential complex by Southern Land Company.

Located at 250 S. City Parkway., Parc Haven is the first family residential property to be completed in Symphony Park, officially opening on May 11 and welcoming its first residents shortly thereafter. With 17 different layouts, the community offers studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom options including walk-up townhomes and penthouse layouts with 20 ft. ceiling mezzanines.

Auric, at 251 S. City Parkway, offers studio, one- and two-bedroom for-lease apartment homes with approximately 21,000 square feet of ground level retail and restaurants plus a resort-style pool with two-story cabanas and a rooftop bar overlooking Symphony Park. Auric is currently leasing with the first residents already enjoying being Symphony Park residents.
