As the outdoor swimming season approaches, it’s tradition for us here at KCLV-TV to send out a reminder of how to prevent drowning, particularly for children. But this year we are giving someone else the floor. Jenny Bennett felt she had taken all the proper steps to protect her children from all dangers in and around the home. But when her young son found his way out to the family pool, life as she knew it was forever changed. She shares her heartbreaking story with us in the hopes of preventing any other family from having to deal with the loss of a loved one.
