The Stormwater Quality Management Committee is a community partnership of the Clark County Regional Flood Control District and is committed to the development and implementation of stormwater pollution monitoring, control and outreach efforts. The permit authorizes discharge of storm water to the Las Vegas Wash from storm sewer systems owned and operated by the cities of Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson and Clark County in return for implementation of certain storm water pollution reducing activities by the permittees. Visit the Stormwater Quality Management Committee webpage to learn more. For environmental questions or concerns within the city of Las Vegas, call our Environmental Oversight office at 702-229-7318.
