StorySLAM is a celebration of words and experiences that shape and define who we are. Members of the Las Vegas community share their own personal, genuine stories with the audience, connected to a chosen theme for the evening. Clark County Poet Laureate Vogue Robinson moderates as community residents share true personal tales of how bending the truth, saving face and the unintended consequences of telling “White Lies.” Parental guidance recommended, as some material may not be suitable for children under 13.

If interested in participating as a storyteller for this event, email Cory Goble at cgoble@lasvegasnevada.gov with your proposed story idea for this event by April 27, 2019.
