If you’ve been meaning to try broasted chicken, two entrepreneurial Las Vegas sisters have exactly what you’ve been craving. Head on over to Two Sisters Broasted Chicken & Ribs at 9750 W. Skye Canyon Park Drive in the Skye Canyon Marketplace.
This family-owned restaurant is the creation of Stacy and Robin, the Vincente sisters. After success with their pizzeria, Streets of New York, the sisters took the popularity of their broasted chicken to the next level, opening Two Sisters in June 2023.
Broasted chicken is made by frying chicken in a pressure cooker, sometimes called a pressure fryer. Two Sisters’ chicken is seasoned and marinated for at least 12 hours before undergoing the pressure frying, which takes about 12 minutes. Cooked fresh with every order, each piece comes out with a super crunchy coating covering moist and juicy meat inside. In addition to chicken and smoked pork loin spareribs, Two Sisters serves up brisket, pulled pork, catfish, Polish smoked sausage, sandwiches and side orders like broasted potato wedges, mac ‘n cheese, garlic Texas toast and bar-be-que beans.
