Las Vegas is growing and so are the investments in our community. Right now, 94 capital improvement projects valued at $1.3 billion are moving forward across the city. These projects reflect our commitment to building a safer, healthier and more connected Las Vegas for every resident.
Of these projects, 71 are in the design and planning phase while 23 are already under construction. Each one plays a role in advancing our key goals:
- Public Safety – From fire stations to flood control and pedestrian safety upgrades, we’re prioritizing infrastructure that keeps our neighborhoods secure.
- Health & Wellness – New centers for recuperative care, expanded recreational facilities and upgraded parks will improve quality of life citywide.
